Process & Terms

1. Data Privacy (PDPA): I understand that my personal information is collected by SkyDIGI Singapore Pte. Ltd. solely for training registration, certification, and communication purposes in strict accordance with the Singapore PDPA.

2. Payment & Refund Policy: I acknowledge that once the registration is submitted and payment is processed, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Cancellation Policy: Any requests for course rescheduling or cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 7 working days prior to the course commencement date.

4. Digital Access: I understand that training links, digital materials, and e-certificates will be sent specifically to the registered Email address provided in this form.

5. Accuracy of Data: I confirm that all the information entered above is accurate and matches my legal identification documents.

6. Participant Conduct & Communication Guidelines: Participants are required to raise queries professionally via the Zoom chat box, email, WhatsApp, or during the Q&A session. Respect others’ time and remain focused on course objectives. Professional behaviour is expected at all times; offensive language, arguments, shouting, disruptive actions, or any unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated. Feedback should be submitted through the official feedback form.

7. Certification Issuance: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive their certificate within two (2) weeks.
